Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are only offered to the original purchaser.

The refund amount will be the price of the book plus shipping (if shipped originally). or Refunds will deduct payment method processing fees to cover the fees we paid when the order was originally placed.

Please email Book-Project@CascadeCameraClub.com for all refund requests before returning books by shipping or in person. We will work with you on the process and options.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Book-Project@CascadeCameraClub.com and send your item to:
